A standard satelite media tour (SMT) would consist of a series of back to back 3-6 minute media interviews completed by 1 or 2 talent from a studio or remote location. The talent would look into cameras and their visual would be transmitted via satellite to stations across the country. This is how it can appear on TV – you’ve all seen them!
